Firmware & Software Developer

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and introduce new features in RTOS-, Linux-, and Windows-based systems, including applications, drivers, and system-level services
• Actively participate in the full development lifecycle from concept to mass production, including R&D, certification, and production handover processes
• Maintain and further develop automated testing processes, CI/CD systems, and validation solutions
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient development and high-quality documentation
• Create unit and integration tests to ensure code quality

Requirements

• Completed university or college degree in a relevant technical field
• Experience in firmware or embedded software development; experience in dynamic or fast-changing environments is an advantage
• Strong technical foundation in driver development, firmware, bootloaders, or Linux/Windows-based systems
• Solid understanding of software system architecture and design principles
• Practical, problem-solving mindset with openness to continuous learning
• Familiarity with modern development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, automated testing, CI/CD)
• Confident Hungarian and English language skills, both written and spoken (German is an advantage)
  Proactive, solution-oriented team player
