Operations Manager

• Responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring operational processes
• Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
• Analysing workflows and identifying potential for optimisation
• Coordinating between different departments to improve internal communication
• Implementing and monitoring quality standards and KPIs
• Budget planning and cost control for the operational area
• Management and development of a team of 10 internal & external employees
• Development and implementation of strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Regular preparation of reports and presentations for the management

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in operations management, sales management or in comparable management positions
• Excellent analytical skills and a solution-orientated mindset
• Experience in leading teams and motivating employees
• Strong communication skills in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
• Confident handling of Office365, collaborative tools and CRM, knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• High level of commitment and flexibility as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel and group B driving licence
